HK Valamar only collects personally identifiable information about individuals when such individuals specifically provide such information to HK Valamar on a voluntary basis or while requesting information on HK Valamar’s services. For example, an online service request requires the collection of personal data for us to respond promptly and correctly to the service request.
We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share the personal information with third parties who are directly assisting HK Valamar in delivering the requested services.
HK Valamar uses third-party providers to help manage and maintain the security and performance of our website, therefore some information is collected and processed on all visitors to our website by our third party providers. The third-party also helps HK Valamar in generating reports about trends of visitors to our website.
Art. 10 WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VIRUSES AND YOU MUST NOT INTRODUCE THEM
We do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software. Art.12 WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
If you are a consumer, unless mandatory laws of the country of your residence apply, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by Albanian law. You and we both agree that the courts of Albania will have exclusive jurisdiction unless the laws of the country of your residence require that you must be able to bring proceedings in that country, in which case you and we may also bring proceedings in that country. If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Albanian legal framework. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albania.

HK Valamar is a registered trade mark of L72113506H NIPT and address Durres, Rezidenca New Born, Hamallaj. You are not permitted to use this trade mark without our approval.
Policies
Art. 1
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept a variety of payment methods to ensure convenience and flexibility for our customers. These include Mastercard, a secure and widely recognized option, offering a reliable way to complete your transactions with us. Another globally trusted payment option we accept is Visa, which ensures smooth and secure processing of your payments. For those who prefer traditional methods, we also accept cash payments. Our goal is to provide a seamless and secure payment experience, catering to your preferences.

Property facilities.
Internet: WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Parking: Parking is available at a rate of 300 ALL for the entire day.
Pets: Pets are welcome.
No Curfew: Guests can come and go at any time they want.

Prices
The price is fixed at 1200 Albanian Lek for all types of accommodations on both the Hk and Vala Beach sides.
Art. 3
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 10 days before the booked date, you will receive a refund of the total amount minus the booking fee. However, if you cancel, modify the booking, or do not show up within 10 days of the booked date, you will be charged the total price of the reservation.
